FAQ

Questions clubs ask first

Who is this for?

Clubs and federations at any level, mens, womens and youth. Individual players and coaches are welcome too, though camps and mentorship are usually the better entry point for them than a club engagement.

Do you only work in Austria and Germany?

No. Travel across Europe is standard. A large part of most engagements happens remotely anyway: film review, planning and staff calls. Travel and accommodation are billed separately.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on scope, travel and length of engagement, and is quoted after the first call. Camps and clinics have fixed per-participant fees, listed on the camps page.

Our club has almost no budget. Is there anything for us?

Yes. Remote audits and single coaching clinics are the low-cost entry points, and several clubs in one region can share the cost of a single visit. Ask on the call.

Will you replace our head coach?

No. The work is done alongside your staff. A good engagement ends with your coaches running the programme themselves next season.

We are starting a womens team from zero. Is it too early to call?

That is the best moment to get it right. The womens programme I built started with an empty roster and was undefeated within a few seasons because the first year was structured properly.

Is youth contact work safe?

Contact is taught in a progression, in full pads, with age-appropriate volume limits. Your coaches learn the same progression so it continues after the clinic ends.

How far ahead should we book?

Off-season and pre-season slots fill early. For work starting in the winter, reach out in the autumn. In-season support is arranged case by case.

Rather just talk it through?

Thirty minutes on the phone answers more than a page of FAQs.
