If you send the contact form, we receive the name, club or federation, email address, role and message you type into it. Nothing else on the site asks you for personal data.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

Enquiry details are used to answer you and, where it goes further, to prepare and deliver a consulting engagement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at your request before a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where an engagement follows, records are held for as long as Austrian commercial and tax law requires.

Your details are not sold and are not shared for marketing. They are handled by the email and hosting providers needed to run this site, each acting as a processor under contract.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Only cookies strictly necessary to serve the pages are used.

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable form. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address above and we will respond within one month.
